Ingredients
For Base
1/4 cups country-style muesli
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup plain kefir, milk, or water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Berry Puree'
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder (optional)
1 tablespoons water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix base ingredients together in air-tight container with lid. Spoon out half and set aside in small bowl.
Step 2
Add Berry Puree mix to blender. Pulse until just mixed (think baby food).
Step 3
Layer fruit mixture on top of oatmeal. Follow with reserved muesli base. Finish with remaining fruit puree. Top with fresh fruit and granola.
