Spring 2023 Menu
JARCUTERIE: mini charcuterie cups of an artisan sort.
HIBISCUS COCONUT SHRIMP: crunchy, sweet coconut and aromatic hibiscus cooked shrimp with student made zesty lime dip.
CUCUMBER SALAD: refreshing cucumbers, cool veggies, and crisp lettuce tossed in a student made creamed herb sauce and kiwi dressing.
ROSEMARY RICOTTA GNOCCHI: student made traditional Italian pasta with a twist served with pan-seared veggies in a savory sauce.
CHOCOLATE DRIZZLED DESSERT KABOBS: light & fluffy cake and seasonal fruit topped with student made spiced chocolate.
