Enjoy eclectic flavors from across the world as you prepare Italian, Vietnamese, and Southern inspired dishes before the big match. SPRING 2023 MENU:
VIETNAMESE-CAJUN CHICKEN WINGS: a multi-sensorial balance of heat and flavor slowly infused over roasted chicken
PULLED PORK EGG ROLLS: deep flavored pulled pork & signature slaw in a crispy bit
LOADED PINWHEEL POTATOES: crispy potato sticks loaded with all the fixins and topped with student made fresh cream sauce.
ITALIAN STUFFED JALAPENOS: fresh veggies, Italian sausage, & cheese stuffed peppers.
CHIPOTLE PEPPER DIP: roasted red peppers and smoky chipotle served with warm bread & veggies.
GAME DAY FEAST COOKING CLASS: $325.00 or about $41.00 per person
CLASS SIZE: 6 MINIMUM, 8 MAXIMUMÂ
