
Ingredients
24 oz Rotini Pasta (about 1.5 boxes)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
dash of salt
1 1/2 cucumber, semi-peeled & diced
1 can whole black olives, chopped
16oz cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups hard salami, sliced
1 cup turkey pepperoni, sliced
8 oz pepper jack cheese, cubed
1 cup Tuscan House Italain Dressing
1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Creamy Italian Dressing
1/2 cup Poppyseed Dressing
8 oz feta cheese, crumbles
Preparation
Start by cooking your pasta al dente (about 7 minutes). Drain and Rinse. Add to large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a dash of salt. Toss to coat.
Next, Add the cucumber, olives, tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, and pepper jack cheese to pasta bowl. Then Mix gently.
In a seperate medium bowl, whisk together all dressings. Start with the measurements listed above then adjust according to taste. Once well mixed set aside about 1 cup. Pour what remains over pasta mixture while gently folding, If you are not planning on serving right away cover bowl with plastic wrap and store in the fridge until ready to use.
HOME CHEF TIP: Just before serving, stir in feta cheese and remaining dressing mixture. Add a dash of cracked black pepper and you are good to go! Instant Hit!
