Ingredients
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1/4 lb. provolone, sliced and cut into 1/4" ribbons
1/4 lb. good quality salami, sliced and cut into 1/4" ribbons
12 cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1/4 of a medium red onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup sliced banana peppers
4-6 Cups chopped romaine lettuce
Preparation
For Assembly
In a large bowl gently fold together red onion, black olives, provolone, banana peppers, and salami. Drizzle Italian Vinaigrette over ingredients, and then gently fold again. Pepper to Taste. Top with croutons. Serve Immediately.
